Executive Biography

Connie Tullis Naragon

image Connie Tullis Naragon is an enrolled member of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians residing in Jacksonville, FL. She graduated from Ernest Ward High School and attended Faulkner State College. Mrs. Naragon is married to Albert Naragon, Jr. and has a daughter, Rebecca Naragon.

Mrs. Naragon has been active in educational and community service organizations for many years. She has held leadership positions within several of these organizations, including serving as an executive committee member of Mandarin High School (MHS) PTSA and as Vice Chair of MHS School Advisory Committee. She has also served as a member of the Duval County PTSA Executive Board.

Along with her position on the CIE Board of Directions, Mrs. Naragon currently serves as a member of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians Education Committee and as Vice-Chair of the Investment Committee.
